Actually they did not honor their booking. Upon arrival they said we were not informed about your booking and we don't have a room for you. However, they referred me to another guesthouse where I got the room. So its not a good experience with booking.com.

The only positive aspect is the convenient location near Centaurus Mall and Jinnah Super Market.

The rooms are poorly maintained, with unhygienic toilets and accessories in substandard condition. The mattress and pillows are worn out, making the stay uncomfortable. No tissue papers in tissue box, even TV remote was non functional. Overall, the property is not value for money and I would not recommend it.

I just visited Casa blanca guest house islamabad few days before, beautiful place to stay with a great location, clean rooms. I highly recommend to stay in that hotel. Their hotel Manager Mr Waseem❤️ and his team behaviour is also very kind friendly and excellent. Can't wait to come back
