AUThe apartment was modern, spacious and clean and was in a quiet, residential location. There was a supermarket very close by and also easy access to buses into Amsterdam. It was about a 1km walk to the train station, which was through the old town, which was lovely, but when we discovered the buses were so close this was the easier option to get to Amsterdam. The host was very helpful and checked on us throughout our 9-night stay. Haarlem was a great location to explore this area of the Netherlands.
Not a criticism, as this is the case for many apartments in the Netherlands, there are 2 sets of quite steep and narrow stairs so if mobility is a problem, then this is not for you.
GBSimple top floor apartment that felt light and airy. Lovely views to town. Modern feel with all the basic necessities. Beds very comfortable.
Stairs were steep and narrow to get up and down with cases.
USWonderful space! The amenities were fantastic from the electronic blinds, huge windows, large bathroom with laundry, to the kitchen with everything you’d need!
