USThis home was in a fantastic location and the view was amazing. We enjoyed walking along the Kaiteriteri beaches and rented kayaks to explore the bay and visit Split Apple Rock. We also spent a day hiking in Abel Tasman. The outdoor fireplace was a great place to relax in the evenings.
USWe loved the location in close proximity to the Abel Tasman Track, and the views were fantastic from the kitchen/living area.
The interior was quite clean. A relatively minor quibble - front entry and deck off the kitchen needed a touch of cleaning.

NZWe had an incredible stay at Stephen Bay Delight — a true slice of paradise just outside Kaiteriteri. The property is beautifully maintained, with stunning views and a peaceful atmosphere that made it feel like our own private retreat. The house was spotless, spacious, and well-equipped for a comfortable stay. Evenings by the chimenea were a highlight — enjoying cheese and wine under the stars with music playing was pure bliss. It was the perfect way to unwind after days exploring the area. The location is ideal: close to the golden beaches and Abel Tasman National Park, yet quiet and secluded. Niki Morris gave us everything we needed to know to make the most of our time there. Highly recommend Stephen Bay Delight for anyone seeking relaxation and natural beauty in one of New Zealand’s most stunning regions.
NZFantastic location, gorgeous view and wonderful to see the native birds flitting overhead in the evening. Plenty of room and had almost everything in the house that we might have needed. Very close to several walking tracks and beaches a perfect summer spot!
The upstairs was beautiful and warm with the log fire and heat pump but found the downstairs pretty chilly. Bring extra blankets. Beds not so comfortable for us.
