The staff were very friendly and accommodating plus the view was very beautiful.

My partner and I stayed here for 2 nights, and I'm so glad we didn't book for longer. First off, this place is very difficult to get to, and you need to book a ride through booking. com if you want someone who knows where they are going. Secondly, the cabin rooms offer two twin beds you have to push together if you want to sleep next to your partner. However, when you do that, you can no longer open either the front or bathroom door fully because the room is that small! In our room, we found a nail on the bathroom floor sticking straight up! As well as RAT FECES!! They say on the signs and advertisements, "Enjoy the sound of nature." Yet the only sound you will be enjoying is motor bikes and ATVs from 5am to 10pm...... They also strongly recommend that you don't bring in outside food, yet they were constantly out of stock of most things. There is a horse on the property that is for riding apparantly, but it is about 5ft tall and thin... If you don't want to hurt the poor animal, I would suggest no one over 100lbs ride it as it's very petite. The only good things about this place are the kind staff that work there (particularly the ladies at the cafe) and the view. Other than that, it was quite disappointing 😞 Oh and the staff who work there are provided a tiny little shed for housing behind the horse pen and a garbage dump site, which I thought was very sad. Even if it is free housing, it should be clean, safe, and inviting, not something that looks like an animal pen.... they work 15+hr days and deserve better.
