Apartment was spacious, clean and really comfortable! Good location, great restaurants nearby (try Vasiniko, totally loved it!), private parking at 5 min walking distance.

Egentlig ingenting . Bare 2 småting . Håndklæde tørkeren slå sig af og på hele tiden og savnet sol på den store flotte verandaen

"disappointing stay"

the good location

We stayed here for one night in December 2025 and it was one of the worst stays we have ever had. The apartment was cold - the heating was reduced to about 18C and the air-conditioner remote contorl was hidden, so we couldn't adjust the temperature. We inforfmed the owner several times, but the problem was not resolved. There was also no hot water, so we had to shower with cold water and sleep fully dressed. A warm room, hot water and normal humane conditions are not a luxury but the minimum, especially when you are paying. We would not recommend this place.

"An oasis of chill, but in every sense of the word"

Excellent apartment. Comfortable bed, quiet stay, and plenty of space for 2 of us. We stayed for 5 nights and really enjoyed the apartment. Tommaso was excellent in his communication. We've stayed in Bergamo many times, and this apartment scores highly. I would imagine the terrace in Summer is perfect.

The heating is controlled by a thermostat that is positioned in the warmest area. The heating continually turns off as the thermostat thinks the apartment is warm but it is cold. As a guest you can do nothing except continually ask Tommaso to turn on the heating remotely. But all he can do is raise the 'reach' temperature, but then the thermostat thinks it is warm and again switches off the heating. The guest should have this control. I think I have rented in many years of travelling over 100 apartments and this is my first time with this issue. An easy fix for So Easy. I found it frustrating as the apartment is expensive and I felt rationed and cold. This is my only negative but annoying over a cold period in December.
