Atmosfere Terrace View Apartment

Pietro is a wonderful host and very accommodating. The apartment is perfectly locating, well equipped and very cozy. Highly recommended!

The apartment is very spacious, newly renovated and the interior design is very modern (japandi style). The terrace is in the shade which makes it perfect to relax away from the sun rays. The location is excellent, it's in the "new" old City Center surrounded by bars, cafes, restaurants and shops. It's also very easy to access it from the airport and train station. We walked every day to the old City on the citadel and back, it's about 25min on foot uphill, which for us was fine. The apartment is Also fully equipped with kitchen appliances.

On the negative side: we booked the apartment for 5 nights for 3 people and when we arrived there were only 2 sets of towels and 2 blanket sheets. We asked the manager to bring us a third set of things, but while he did manage to bring us in the morning a set of towels, he forgot to bring the sheets... We talked with him daily regarding the sheets but only in the afternoon of our last night he brought us the third bed lining. Also, on the third day we had cleaning, but they didn't do the bedroom at all, didn't bring additional shower gel nor toilet paper. We were in touch with the manager constantly so our conclusion is that they are not really reliable .... The sofa is extendable but the mattress is very uncomfortable, I wouldn't recommend it for two people. As other people mentioned, the light from the hallway is coming through the door during the night and the surroundings are very loud. Since we read other reviews before, we brought eyeshades and ear plugs, but just as heads up: it's not possible to sleep without ear plugs. If you are staying longer than 3 nights think about bringing your own shower gel and toilet paper

The apartment was beautiful and cosy with good position in the center, it is close to everywhere and there are many restaurants and shops around with really great atmosphere. Apartment itself looks exactly like on the pictures and Rafaelle helped us with everything we needed and we could reach him anytime, even gave us lift to the airport and brought breakfast for us early in the morning. We have really good experience and come back for sure to this beautiful town and apartment.

The location, the view from the terrace, all needed equipment. The staff was very friendly and flexible. Raffaele did exceptional service by meeting us in airport, bringing us to the apartment and showing the area!
