"Such a waste of money. Would love a refund."

Nothing at all

We rented this property so solely for New Year’s Eve to swim in a pool and a hot tub. The pool room didn’t exceed 40° even though we asked numerous times to put the heat up. The hot tub was told it was out of order and being fixed that day and never got fixed. Whole purpose of us getting this hotel was the hot tub in the pool and they didn’t inform us. It was broken until we found out ourselves. I got a king bed with a trundle mattress, and the trundle mattress was filled with urine stains. I asked the office for a new bed. They informed me they had no more. Half of the hotel was down because of construction and they put me on the sixth floor with only one elevator working and construction going on throughout the whole day, banging and smell smelling of burning smoke. It was a 30 minute round-trip for me to get down to the lobby and back to my room. Nothing was done when I asked for any help from the hotel the front door and the lobby of the hotel was shut down and we had to use a side entrance. This was the worst experience I’ve ever experienced at a hotel before. I would be calling corporate to try and get some type of refund.

"Other than needing better cleaning it was ok"

Staff was friendly

I’ve stayed many times before it has always been clean but this time there were white crusty stains on the couch and little curly hairs on the sink housekeeping is every other day the jacuzzi seemed dirty there was sand or something on the bottom and a film on top I didn’t stay in to long when I noticed
