DO NOT BOOK IT IS A SCAM. We booked this apartment literally months in advance for our stay in Zagreb. On the day of our arrival, I messaged the owner because they had requested photos of our IDs and passports. I messaged them early in the morning and they responded at 2pm ( when we were outside of the room trying to get in) saying that the apartment had been cancelled on bookings and that we should have been notified. Our booking status was still showing confirmed and we had received no messages from the owner prior to this except an automated message on how to get into the property. We were forced to book another hotel on the day for our stay. Upon contacting bookings customer service we were told that they could not issue us a refund until the owner responded to them - which he clearly is not going to ( because why would he ? ). We have lost so much money paying for both this room in which we did not stay in, but also the room we were forced to book at a seperate hotel. Disgusting scam from the owner and an atrociously horrible experience with bookings customer support. Both have left a very bad impression on me and my partner. DO NOT BOOK IT IS A SCAM. - extremely dissapointed in bookings .Com policies on refunds. - look into before booking anything. Will be reporting to police as other people prior to us have. :/

We were left without a room in the middle of the night! We had prepaid for 4 nights. On the day of our scheduled check-in, we received a message with instructions for accessing the property. Shortly after, we got a second message saying the reservation was cancelled because someone else had entered the room. The host did not officially update this on the platform, they simply messaged us through Booking. Since we were traveling all day, we didn’t see the message and arrived at the property at 2:30 AM. The place was in terrible condition, and unsurprisingly, there was no room available for us. We were forced to search for a hotel at 3:00 in the morning and ended up paying an extra €130 for just one night. I would not recommend this property to anyone. It was a completely unacceptable experience.

Shower had issue with hot water.

Very nice apartment within short walking distance from downtown and with easy keyless access. It was very clean with beautiful lighting and access to multiple streaming services. Would highly recommend staying here while in Zagreb!

The luxury we experienced for the price we payed was exceptional!

We liked everything

Once inside the door, everything was excellent apart from the WiFi.
