It has a few pools and different options for eating.

Getting a pool chair was impossible if you didn’t go very early. I would suggest they assign chairs to each room

Activities available for kids were fantastic and staff were so friendly

Queuing for the buffet in the main restaurant at busy times. Some of food was over cooked/ sat on the buffet

it was fun. Amazing Place. The staff was helpful, kind, and welcoming. There are many pools, so the space is well utilized and it doesn’t feel crowded. There’s an abundance of food and drinks throughout the day, which is a really fun part. Everything is done wholeheartedly.

Baby crib was nice

The pools are not heated even the one that is supposed to be, nor the kids pool. Food is not so good, and always the same. The cosmopolitan restaurant manager is really not nice and welcoming. Rooms lack toothbrush holders or cups, the doors are hard to close. No stroller access to upper floors. No body lotion or shower cap

Clean, quiet, great entertainment, friendly staff

Pools were freezing - but we were there at the end of October! Archery took 40 mins for one shot each (2 of us) and equipment was not in great condition. The app is not the most intuitive
