Great central location for us when visiting different areas of Auckland. Super comfy bed and spacious bathroom with lots of bench space . Loved having a car park and really enjoyed our stay.

Angela was a very friendly, helpful live-in host. Our room and bathroom were clean and well-equipped for a stay of a couple of nights, the bed comfy and large. The fridge had milk and fresh ground coffee was supplied - great!

The 'kitchen' area was small, but had the essentials. The location was further out of town than I had appreciated (my fault) but it was quite easy to drive to and park at the waterfont.
