We stayed for 1 night and we had a very good time. The room was exactly as described, dated but functional, very clean, in perfect location right next the old fishing village, with a nice veranda with very good views of the sea and the old tonnara buildings. The host was kind, she gave us the keys, explained the necessaries and she gave us a family hand made soap at the day of our departure, which we really appreciated. Overall, it was a very good experience, Marzamemi is over touristy and everything is rather overpriced, but still it was a very charming place, absolutely worth visiting.

The quiet and good night sleep, really depends on your neighbors, as is the case in such accommodations. There are steps but this shouldn’t be a problem, unless you have mobility issues or heavy luggages.
