Very clean, quiet, fantastic staff.

There needs to be more basic equipment in the kitchen. Eg there are no fruit squeezers for limes & lemons and other fruit, no storage containers for food items or leftovers, there is only one small cutting board when you need several (a separate one for meat), there are no jugs for measuring when cooking or jugs for water for the table. The outside sitting area near room the last bedroom near the pool needs a cover. There is no where to sit in wet weather other than inside & then all the outdoor seating is wet. It was wet for the nearly whole 6 days we were there. There is no covered walkway from gate to kitchen or rooms to kitchen & dining area. The tiles in the kitchen / dinning area and bedrooms are extremely slippery when wet. They picked wrong tiles for traffic areas.

The villa was designed centered around the pool which was the major highlight of the property.

The access road to the property, considering that we were going in and out of the property couple of times everyday.

Beautiful clean villa. Staff were wonderful.

It's a little off the beaten track and taxi's were reluctant to come all the way to the villa. Our bathroom was smelly too.

The villa manager is responsive and quick to respond to our needs, upon arrival they arranged everything.

The villa is just 1 year old, but I felt the maintenance could be better. The images on the site seem to give a perspective of a large area, but it's not so. The villa's location is at the end of the road, quite hard for Gojek driver to find.

The villa was amazing, everything was perfect. The rooms, the pool, the living room, and the kitchen which includes everything for cooking. We order the international breakfast; the chef came and cooked the breakfast in the villa which was an amazing experience. Also, we order the massage twice and we were pleased every time (special thanks for Suri for her relaxing massage). The villa supervisor was very helpful and try to make our stay very satisfying. It was an unforgettable and definitely worth it.

New Villa with an excellent swimming pool, and great rooms. We really liked our stay at Villa Blackrock. Well worth it. It’s very quiet and relaxing here and the place is immaculate, clean and well run by Bali Superhost who helped us out with a range of other things like transport and chefs. We will come to stay here again in the future.

My wife thought her pillow was a bit hard but literally we are scratching the bottom of the ch steel to complain, this is an excellent property and we recommend it.
