Appartamento incantevole a Parma

It was very clean, great location and Anette was very helpful. We had a wonderful stay and will definitely be coming back.

Bon emplacement, proche à pied du centre ville, facilité pour se garer. L'appartement est propre. La remise des clés est simple et bien expliquée. Bonne expérience !

Pas d'ascenseur et beaucoup de marches !

5° PIANO SENZA ASCENSORE, davvero molto scomodo. Aria condizionata con un solo split nell'ingresso che raffredda molto bene solo l'ingresso. Nelle camere fa sempre caldo. Eravamo in 5 e abbiamo trovato solo 3 capsule di caffè. In giornate molto calde come quelle in cui siamo stati purtroppo la combinazione di assenza di ascensore e aria condizionata insufficiente hanno creato molto disagio

Pas d’ascenseur, situé au dernier étage de l’immeuble, au cinquième étage précisément. Un seul climatiseur sous-dimensionné pour tout l’appartement, pas suffisant en période chaude de l’été.

Location was great for where we wanted to be. The private car park was what we based our search on as we had rental car and wanted security for it. The check in process to get into the building was clear, and though quite a few steps to get into the building, keys, car park, etc. it was very clear once we arrived and all worked perfectly.

The fact that it is on the top floor and no lift was a bit of a challenge for one of our party who has back problems, but it was manageable. There is a pocket door between the two "rooms" in the bathroom which is currently broken - it would have allowed flexibility to have two persons using the separate rooms at the same time.

It was a beautiful space and felt like home. Very comfortable for 3 people or more
