Расположение удобное, 100 метров до набережной. Магазинчик у дома через 50 метров. Общественный транспорт в любую сторону 100 метров. Подходит для размещения двух семей с +1 ребенком на каждую семью. Есть две полноценные спальни одна из них со своим санузлом. Есть третья спальная, но она без окна - как гардеробная супер) Современный ремонт. Достаточно посуды. Большая кухня-студия с удобными местами для приема пищи и отдыха. Условия: место, состояние апартамента и цена просто супер! Рекомендую!

Был день когда были перебои с элеткроенергией и интернетом, но это было не более суток.

Casa grande e nuova, accogliente con tutti i confort. Ottima posizione a 2 minuti dalla fermata dell'autobus. Staff molto gentile e disponibile

Tutto perfetto, l'unica cosa che potrei dire che qualche utensile in più in cucina sarebbe perfetto per chi come noi con 2 ragazzi a mangiato spesso in casa.
