Skiathos Ammos Luxury Apartments

Location was perfect, right on the beach and walking distance into Skiathos Town. The owner and manager were very friendly, hospitable and helpful. The apartment is very well equipped, absolutely stunning inside and views are amazing.

Being very picky - maybe a some more soft seating on the balcony would have been nice.

The apartment was beautiful, brand new, modern and clean. The location on the beach was perfect, the room had two balcony’s which we loved, the outdoor furniture was so comfortable a great place to relax in the sun. Our host giorgos was very helpful and lovely nothing was to much trouble. We would definitely stay again

Our only negative would be it would have been nice to have some water in the fridge on arrival and basic Essentials in the kitchen like salt, oil and pepper for cooking.

Lovely apartment situated in a great location on the beach and close to town

Just back from a week long stay at this brilliant apartment - it is beautifully presented and spotlessly clean and the view is amazing. Giorgos was a superb and very helpful host - making us feel very welcome and always available to answer any questions. The location is brilliant - we visited most beach bars and restaurants in Megali Ammos (all no more than a 5 minute walk from this apartment) and all were very good but we would particularly recommend Cafe Del Mar (perfect for pre dinner drinks), Seferi (delicious food run by the best Greek lady ever), Achinos (great for drinks - fabulous DJ most nights), Exantas (great for breakfast). Skiathos town is walking distance away - lots of shops & bars/restaurants to choose from but we had everything we needed in Megali Ammos. Lovely clean beach and plenty of sunbeds available too. Highly recommended. Thank you for such a wonderful stay.

Nothing - it is fabulous.

gCommunication was great, Georgis met us when we arrived and was extremely helpful and warm. The locations is perfect with restaurants just feet away and walking distance to the most charming town. No need to rent a car from this place. It was a “ home” feel with a beautiful garden overlooking the ocean.

Great location with a lovely garden right by the beach ! In the evening you can walk to the old port trough lovely narrow streets in about 10 minutes. We can really recommend a stay at this brand new place !

This is a very stylish apartment in a prime location. Very comfortable apartment for our family. Very well equipped for all our needs. Super comfortable.

Nothing... wish it could have been longer!!

The apartment location and facilities are exceptional. Stylish and contemporary flexible accommodation that’s easily accommodated our group of 6. The beach is a stones throw and the local restaurants and bars are great. Beach beds line up right outside and there are lots of water sports available. Pleasant east walk into town so lots to do and see - definitely be back. Every appliance under the sun with a well planned kitchen

It’s a small observation rather than a ‘dislike’ The sofa beds are more suited to younger people as they aren’t huge so I would say, under 10s. A little hose or water tap near the property entrance would be helpful to keep the sand out the house. But these tiny comments it was beautiful and we have no complaints at all
