Spacious apartment near Saldanha

Location for access to metro is great. Lots of places around to eat locally. Apartment has good facilities, including washing machine, and everything you need in the kitchen.

One of the beds in the apartment needs replaced as mattress very uncomfortable.

Very spacious flat and the location is great! A couple of minutes walk from the metro station and right across a bus stop. It's easy to get to and from the airport, and to the city center. There are also multiple supermarkets in the area, which allows us to easily arrange food to cook in the apartment

The windows of two out of the three bedrooms face the street, so it gets a bit noiser later in the day with all the traffic on the street

Sometimes neighbours can get very noisy. Not compatible with children trying to sleep

Appartement situé près de la ligne verte du métro, à 4 stations du centre. Un jeune homme nous attendait à l'appartement pour nous remettre les clefs. Appartement propre, avec du charme même si la superficie est moindre que 90m2 (plutôt 65-70 m2). Equipements corrects.

Appartement ancien rénové sauf la salle de bain, très petite et vieillotte. Non isolé du bruit donc si les voisins du dessus (appartement aussi en location) mettent de la musique ou font la fête, c'est comme si vous y étiez. Vous ne pouvez pas vous entendre parler dans le salon ni dormir tellement le son résonne. Nous ne savions pas que c'était une location et la 1ère nuit non stop jusqu'à 6h du matin, nous avons cru naïvement que c'était des résidents qui fêtaient la Révolution des Oeillets (25 juin). La seule réponse apportée à ce problème par le professionnel est que nous appelions la police, en tant que touriste, j'ai des doutes mais comme les locataires du dessus ont changé 3 fois, autant dire que c'est peine perdue! Donc 5 nuits pourries sur 7, cela fait beaucoup...

Appartement très confortable, bien équipé et décoré avec goût. Excellente communication avec l'équipe de conciergerie tant pour le check in que le check out.

Equipado al completo. Muy buena ubicación a 5 minutos del Metro y te va directamente al centro. Como así parking público de 13€ las 24h o parking en calle de 9 19h.
