Хорошее расположение близко к центру.

Полностью отсутствует шумоизоляция. Хозяин живёт на первом этаже, апартаменты расположены в полуподвальном помещении. Слышно все- каждых шаг,как течет вода,как смывается унитаз,голоса. А если кто-то что-то уронит - это ужас. Первую ночь даже пришлось просить их не шуметь и дать возможность отдохнуть после тяжёлой дороги. Они старались,но стараний мало,когда пол скрипит,трубы проложены просто под потолком. Кровать была большая,удобная,но очень скрипучая. Если устранить эти недостатки,то будет замечательное жилье.
