Manor Place Apartment Thamesmead

Location was a quiet residential area, with a little local shop in close proximity. There was a considerable car journey to Canary Wharf (approx 27 minutes) but overall not too bad. We travelled to the London X-cel arena for MCM comicon at the weekend. Nice overall area with a large open park and small river running alongside. I enjoyed my stay there.

Getting into the property was a little difficult as when we arrived we didnt have the code for the lockbox. Trying to get hold of the owner of the property took about half an hour before someone got back to us after messaging on Booking.com, SMS, WhatsApp and calling the number multiple times but the host did get back to us to pass on the code in the end.

Good location

Cleanliness was terrible. Bugs in the accomodation. Filthy sponges left on sink. Broken tiles on floor.

The location was quiet and peaceful. There is a waterway that is so lovely that it is close to the property. Initially it was cold, but the heating came up later. There is also a convenient store 3 minutes walk from the property

The bed was small for 2. It was also toooooo small, that was really a down side for us

Such a cozy little place to stay for a weekend away. We stayed as a small group here for a convention and it was the perfect spot to relax in the evenings , with plenty of space in the lounge to get together! Would definetly stay here again.

Location was good for the job, Place was clean and tidy

It was a very good experience.. The owner was very helpful and friendly. The location was superb. The apartment was very well looked after. I will recommend it over and over and really look forward to staying there again. I rate the owner very high on every level. Always just a phone call away to solve any problem.

I recommend a wardrobe in the second room and a better kept garden.

To the eye i thought the apartment looked nice however it could have done with a decor update the furniture was abit dated . The property could also do with a deep clean there was spiders in every room the fitted sheets in one of the rooms was dated and washed out

I liked the fact it was right next to a park .

It was a pleasure to stay in that place, The host was so amiable and great . Love the place
