Clean, modern, washing machine is included, a couple toothbrushes are provided, too, though I didn't use any. There's a microwave, some pots, a small hob for a pot at a time, powerful and fast heating system, other than one to cool down the air. Loved the fact that check-in and check-out could be done by the machine.

A bit far from the centre. The check-in requires a little too much information, in my opinion. Also, plenty of rules, some of which don't quite make sense at first sight (like the one not to use the balcony after 10 in the night because the neighbors could complain...? What if I don't even make any noise and just feel like getting some fresh air? Furthermore, an additional payment / tax is required; it was about ¥500 in my case, if I remember correctly...
