Apartment is nothing like the images. Expect no natural light, older style and fittings, generally clean but has old feel. No early check in ever possible, the scanner that you enter your check in code in won’t let you enter it before 3pm - we messaged staff but they could not accommodate. Also we’re stains on our bed sheet when we checked in - staff did come to change them at our request but locked us out in the process and had to come back again to let us in when we returned to the unit.

Large room with great amenities. Easy self check in and check out. Convenient location about a 5 minute walk to Susukino and public transport.

This place could have easily been a 10/10 but unfortunately was brought down by the lack of cleanliness. I was shocked to find that the toilet and kitchen sink were not cleaned very well at all, to the point where I could still see the previous tenants bathroom stains on the toilet seat and food waste inside the kitchen sink waste strainer. I have mixed feelings, and I'd like to give the hotel the benefit of the doubt as these issues can easily be fixed.

ホテルのつもりだったけど　民泊だった チェックインにやり方がわからなかった　１度説明を受けたけどわからず再度　電話で聞いたらリモートでチェックインしてくれました　最初からリモートしてくれたらイライラしないですんだ チェックアウトもできなかった　電話したらリモートでやってくれた　おそらくチェックインがリモートなのでチェックアウトの時に部屋番号が出てこなかった　最初に説明してほしい １晩中　ガス警報器が鳴りっぱなしで眠れなかった　 連泊なのに歯ブラシもタオルも１つづつしかないので買うことになった

레지던시 타입이라 주방이람 세탁기가 있음 깔끔하고 화장실과 샤워실이 나눠져있어서 좋았음 메세지 답변이 빠름

난방기 하나라 방이 추움 위치는 스스키노 메인거리 좀 떨어진 곳이라 애매함 비대면 키오스크 체크인, 체크아웃이라 짐맡길수 있는곳이 없음
