Das Hotelpersonal ist nicht vor Ort. Das ist sehr schade wenn man Hilfe benötigt und die Sprachbarrieren vorhanden simd. Es ist kein Hotel eifach ein Ort um zu relaxen und go.

大人2人1歳半の娘1人計3人で宿泊予約をしたが 設備不良で急遽違う場所のマンションの一室に泊まらされた。 子供がまだ小さいから3万円と少し高くても 浴槽付きでベッドが二つついてる所にしたのだが ベッドは一つで薄い敷布団が一つで体が痛くなった。 浴槽もなくシャワーだけで風邪も引きました。 狭くなってベッドも浴槽も無くなって金額そのままで泊まれます。立地がいいのでこの値段ですと言われたが、その日の予定の目的地から遠くなって立地は悪くなってますと伝えても、良くなってますとしか言われなかった 宿泊日当日にキャンセル料なしでキャンセルしますか？などと言われて流石にありえないと思いました。
