Cosy Modern Apartment Colchester

I stayed for a night in Colchester while visiting friends and found this place to be perfect for my needs. Jack was a very helpful host, making sure everything went smoothly. The apartment was very clean, equipped with all the necessary amenities, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. I will definitely stay here again when I'm in the area. Thank you, Jack!

The flat is quite spacious and the kitchen is reasonably setup. The couch is comfy and the living space is ample and bright, with a nice working/dining table. The area is quite nice and the gated parking provides some peace of mind for your vehicle.

The mattresses are quite old and too soft, they could use a proper replacement.

We had a thoroughly enjoyable stay at Jack’s apartment. The house is immaculately presented and well-equipped with everything we needed. The check-in process was seamless, thanks to detailed instructions from Jack. The location is very convenient and safe. The apartment is extremely clean with luxurious bedding, towels, and thoughtful extra touches. The kitchen has all the necessary appliances. The quiet location ensured a peaceful stay, and the WiFi worked well. Although we didn’t meet Jack personally, he was very accommodating and responsive. Overall, everything we needed was provided, making our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Would definitely stay again in the future.

This was a great place, when it said cosy it really was, a home from home. Had one of the best nights sleep in a long time, it was quiet and very close to where I needed to be. Shops really close and the kitchen had everything I needed to cook. Parking was no problem. It was clean and the shower was just right. There was even a workspace so I could catch up with work in the evening.

Great location, not far off the A12 but also easy to get into centre of town and near high woods park. Place was well presented clean and tidy with a modern vibe through. Easy to access with helpful pictures provided to help with check in/picking up keys. Would stay again if in the area.

The tiny flat is located very close to a large supermarket and ideal if you want to walk into the centre of town through the lovely parks.

The property was dusty and a little dirty, cramped in the en-suite, limited cutlery and glasses and unfinished in places with the flooring and beading. I ended up grazing my foot on it! The wall socket in the lounge is dangerously loose. I nearly impaled myself on the office chair too, and many of the window units have failed double glazing. At night there’s a lot of noise from passing cars. The washing machine was gross and I had to clean it before I could use it also.

The location was very central to all of Colchester. Short walk to Tesco. Bus service very good to city centre and Hospital. A short walk to Highwoods park where you can stroll at your leisure several different ways wonderful place recommended.

A sink plug or a bowl for washing dishes. A slightly larger more comfortable settee.
