after receiving confirmation from booking.com, received message from hotel to contact and was informed there is NO ROOM AVAILABLE as against confirmation received from booking.com,it’s really surprise ,never ever faced with same situation

Room cleanliness.. toilets was not cleaned and even there was left over items from other occupant's inside the washroom.

It would be better if you provide soap, shampoo etc in toilet...along with breakfast provide hot tea or coffee
