"What stay"

Nothing.

Spent an hour on the phone to the host trying to figure out how to get in the place, once in and got to the allocated apartment it was still used from the guests the night before. There’s was dirty pots everywhere, dirty towels on the floor and the bedding was not fresh. They had clearly not sent in a cleaner after the last guests. I called back to complain and ask for a different room to which he replied he would try get a manager out but didn’t know how long it would take and he would call me back with info. This was 7pm I had somewhere to by 8, I never received a call back. I had to go pay twice the amount to stay in a different hotel last minute. I’ve asked for a full refund and still being ignored.

"Great location and facilities which were slightly let down by unpleasantries and minute neglection."

Convenient location, everything to experience was within 15 minutes of walking distance. Apartment itself looks quite nice overall and the backdrop in the upper floor window was nice. The Wi-Fi is great in the property, 250 up, 40 down.

The main building hallways have a weird smell from the second you enter, likely due to bad ventilation. On checking in, there were two engineers doing works in the property due to a water leak on the roof for another apartment room, but needed access through our room to get on the roof. The checking in process wasn’t well communicated as we had no instructions on how to enter the property due to a “glitch”. Luckily, the host picked up after the first two calls and explained the process. In the property, a few things appear to be neglected - such as the bedding being very crumpled and the mattress cover didn’t look clean as it had a lot of fluff on it. There was an all purpose cleaner leaking on the floor where the washing machine was which I’ve cleaned up once I’ve seen it. The remotes for the TV and Roku Express were both damaged which made them inconvenient to use as they wouldn’t work, resorted to using a Wi-Fi remote application on my phone instead. The bathroom lock is also broken, not that it’s an issue, but highlights the fact some things are a bit neglected and could use repairs or improvement. I personally wouldn’t recommend at the price we paid, would’ve been better being around 20% lower than the asking price.

"A waist of money."

The apartment was in a great location

We paid for early check in and the room was supposed to be available from 1pm. The room was not available until 3.30pm this left us waiting around when we paid for early check in so we could go into leeds and leave are bags somewhere. The phone number left to call as the contact didn’t answer the phone and i messaged the contact as well and it took them 3 hours to reply. The apartment was not cleaned the bathroom floor was wet and the towels were clearly used.

La ubicación- justo delante del Ayuntamiento y de Leeds Arts Galley. Wi-fi bien.

No había toallas ni de mano ni de ducha, escasos utensilios para cocinar (sólo hay un cazo pequeño y una sartén mediana) no había ni estropajo ni bayeta, no había vasos y sólo una cuchara de postre, el lavaplatos estaba lleno con platos grasientos, los armarios no tienen estantes, no indican dónde echar la basura, no funcionaba ni la televisión ni Netflix, ni intentando conectar desde el móvil . Nos trajeron a la mañana siguiente de llegar 2 toallas de baño, dos mugs y una cuchara de postre e intentaron que funcionara el televisor y Netflix pero no pudieron y nadie más (en seis días) vino a arreglarlo. Las vistas del apatamento 13 daban a un patio interior muy degradado y muy ruidoso.

"Disgusting !!!!!😡😡😡"

First of all the customer service was shocking and rude. Couldn’t get in for a good 30 minutes, no email or text confirmation to help us. Then to top it all off, the apartment hadn’t even been cleaned. We come in to someone’s wee still in the toilet and on it! Hair all over the sink and shower and weird looking stains on the sofa🤢 Food under the sofa, stains on the bed and floor was disgusting.
