A very sweet place in the proximity of Martina Franca. Very comfortable, clean rooms. The host was extremely helpful. We had issues with one of our car tyres, and he got a vulcaniser to carry out necessary repairs on site on a Sunday! It's definitely the place to stay if you're in the area! Hope to re-visit soon.

Petit déjeuner industriel. Pas de commodité pour le petit déjeuner. A prendre dans une chambre sans table. Pas terrible. Emplacement des chambres au bord d'une route très fréquentée. Pas de possibilité de marche autour de la propriété.

Pas de contact avec Le propriétaire si ce n'est par texto ! Pas d'endroit indépendant à la chambrepour le petit déjeuner...

"Struttura inadeguata"

Gli esterni della struttura che però in un periodo invernale incidono poco sul confort del viaggio

Stanze troppo piccole, nel bagno assenza del bidet e degli appendi asciugamani, il bollitore sporco e quindi inutilizzabile. Nella matrimoniale assenza di appoggio per la colazione, il proprietario continuava a dire farete colazione all' aperto ( il 10 dicembre con la pioggia?) . Colazione striminzita e con prodotti economici. Il tutto non adeguato al prezzo pagato. Venivamo da Lecce dove con 17 euro di differenza abbiamo pernottato un una struttura a quattro stelle in pieno centro e con colazione nel rooftop dal quale si ammirava tutta la città!! Esperienza assolutamente negativa

Novi, zelo lepo urejeniapartmaji, s parkirnim prostorom na dvorišču. Naš apartma je bil zelo prostoren, okusno opremljen in zelo čist. Zelo ustrežljivi in prijazni lastniki. Dobra lokacija, ki omogoča ogled cele Itrijske doline. Toplo priporočam bivanje v tej nastanitvi.

Vse je bilo perfektno.
