The location and the view

The apartment was clean everything was there and good communication

Nothing to Mansion

#bed & pillows were not comfortable at all #towels were not clean #door, door lock n accessories was scary, anytime could have break # sleeping couch was not even seat able #many more issues

The place was very convenient for us, kwikspar down stairs, close not even close it is by the beach. My kids were safe .the agent assisted us with early check in as l was travelling with 3kids and an infant which l am highly appreciative of. Thank you so much. Any question l had she was available for quick response, pity l didn't get her name. Godsent angel 😇 this one. I highly recommend ,enjoyed Shaka marine side of the beach and walked back 😄

The view and the reception area and the respondents of the owner is very quick and in a professional manner

The receptionist insists on talking isizulu while we don't even understand a single word, the door handle and bugler door need to be replaced because I was not able to lock and unlock but with the help of my brother we did, the furniture especially the sofa need to be replaced, parking security need to communicate with the reception staff or the owner not making clients to run around even though they are from reception and they must register vehicles so that they know who their visitors are not to explain ourselves everytime we go out and come back

It was self catering, beds and coach are worn out.Property looks beautiful but the finisher is only.bed broken and coach as well.It was hectic
