Yubaba House Downtown Apartments

Yubaba House was in a perfect location, just at the base of the moving walkway. Gab and our hosts Josh and Kat were super communicative, helping us with where to book dinners and hire our gear. Highly recommend!!

Location and spaciousness. Comfortable bed and great facilities. Right in the centre of town with everything nearby. Short walk up hill to Yu Road for easy access to the ski slopes . Hosts Josh and Kat were very helpful .

We had a lovely off-season stay at the Yubaba apartment. Great location, right in the center of town. We got a really good price for the off-season, so the value was great. It was easy to check in and the management was responsive to requests. The apartment was functional, modern, and very clean. Strong air conditioning and fans.

The hall light and bathroom light turn on/off automatically with motion sensors, which is annoying at night. Checkout time is 10am (booking.com said 11am - needs to be updated). The beds in the tatami room aren’t actually futon beds, they are mattresses on a low frame, and aren’t very comfortable.

Excellent location, clean, good space, modern decoration, well equipped.

It is not critical, but a TV would help entertain the family in the quiet nights. The light in the shower box turns-off while showering maybe because of the sensor of movement that is not placed in the best position.

So clean and close to the lift! Such a sweet property and beautiful town!!

No tv for night time relaxation

Location was great and the place was warm and cozy, the host was very friendly and attentive.

There was no coffee machine, that was a real bummer.
