Location was amazing. So close to everything. Could walk everywhere.

It is a few blocks away from the Praça do Comércio.

The neighbour was super noisy and the admin could not able to do anything about it unless giving you a police contact number. Please consider the onsite person to be the middle man, not the rental directly dealing with locals himself. The elevators were broken while we were in the building (few days) and the room is on the forth floor, imagine it with your luggage.

Bellissimo appartamento!

Excellent central location. The apartment was comfortable and suitably equipped. Big comfortable bed. Quite a lot of street noise during the day but closing the internal shutters at night made a huge difference. We slept well. The balcony is as shown in the photos but really we felt too small to be useful. The building door code entry system worked well but the keypad and long code number for the apartment was very fiddly. Not easy to use to either open or lock the apartment door. Having said that we felt security was good. We ate out most evenings (lots of restaurants in neighbouring streets) but did once use the microwave oven to heat a ready meal. Even with the instructions it was difficult to work out how to control it. Not sure we would recommend dining in! The communication with the managing company was very good. Frequent and timely throughout. Our only real issue was with the building lift. We did report it but not the agents direct responsibility.

The building lift was very unreliable and one failure while in it left my wife unwilling to use it again even though we were on the 4th floor. At no time were both lifts operating and far too often neither working!

Remek helyen a belvárosban, közel a metróhoz, látnivalókhoz. Jól felszerelt, kényelmes franciaágy. Teljesen besötétíthető, akinek ez számít.

A zuhanyfejet javaslom cserélni, mert spriccel a csatlakozásnál.
