Greenview Apartment with Parking

The location was wonderful and allowed us easy access to the city without having to stress over having a car and finding a parking space. It was very cozy and the views were special. The host was super communicative. We would definitely stay here again!

Very near the old Town. Quiet at night. Nicely equipped kitcken. Easy comunicación with owner. Prívate parking.

May be that two stages by stairs could be a trouble for others

Good location and has private parking - not easy to find in Rovinj! Kitchen is nice and well equipped. Great views and big patio style windows. Host was great communicator, gave a lot of good suggestions.

Bathroom is rather small and older. The laundry machine did not work (we did not try to contact the host about it as we had a short stay only so perhaps it would have been fixed). Also keep in mind that you need to climb 3 flights of stairs (last one being somewhat steep) - not easy with bags.

Electricity problem when we arrived but it was solved very quickly

Host is very nice, picked up us and showed us everything. Apartment looks even better than the photos when we arrived, we are very happy. Air condition is good, kitchen has all the equipments needed and we cooked our own breakfast. A hot shower is also a plus! Would recommend to everyone! Location is great, very close to the old town.

Nice apartment with amazing view and located very central. The host was super kind and always available for questions. If we had problems or wishes he was there immediately to help!
