"Padova"

Sono dovuta andare ad accompagnare mio padre alla casa di cura villa Maria(Padova) e ho trovato questo appartamento a 400 mt dalla struttura e vicinissimo al centro di Padova. Posizione perfetta, le foto sono molto veritiere, comodo per i servizi: parcheggio, ascensore, autobus, ristorante,bar, supermarket e per la posizione strategica vicino all'autostrada. Consiglio vivamente! È stato un soggiorno perfetto!

"Ruhig gelegene Wohnung mit Parkplatz am Haus"

Appartement in einem ruhigen Wohnhaus, freundliche Atmosphäre bei Begegnungen mit Nachbarn im Aufzug, geräumige recht gut ausgestattete Küche (keine Kaffeemaschine außer dem italienischen Espressobereiter), bequeme Betten, Parkplatz am Haus. Kontakt über eine Agentur per WhatsApp klappte vorzüglich und immer sehr zeitnah, Übergabe von Schlüsseln und elektronischem Schrankenöffner für den Parkplatz über den Briefkasten per Code. Etwa 1,7 km Fußweg in die Innenstadt, kleine Bar für Cappuccino am Morgen ganz in der Nähe, größere auch in der Nähe, ebenso Supermarkt. Für uns eine gute Wahl, Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmte.

Kaffeemaschine wäre noch schön gewesen, allerdings mögen wir bei Nichtvorhandensein auch den Cappuccino morgens in einer Bar.

Appartment was very spacious with two bathrooms. When issues the personnel was easy to reach..

There were issues with lights, TV, heating/aircon, and electricity beeing cut off when the owen, washing machine and water boiler were on at the same time.

Bardzo fajne mieszkanko. Przyzwoita cena. Wszystko dostepne. Klimatyzacja pomimo że była na korytarzu schłodziła wszystkie pomieszczenia, a byliśmy w okresie gdzie temperatury były po 37stopni.

"Salvo piccoli inconvenienti risolvibili l'appartamento è ottimo, vicinissimo al centro."

Ottimo appartamento in ottima posizione, spazioso e funzionale, non manca niente! Servito da ascensore ed il parcheggio auto è perfetto. Molto silenzioso nonostante sia vicino a strade con notevole traffico diurno.

Le luci della camera da letto da migliorare, i soffioni doccia bisognerebbe cambiare, si dovrebbe risigillare il box doccia al piatto doccia per non trovare l'acqua che corre fuori dal bagno. Ma sono tutte risolvibili.
