Balcony, powerful lift system. Security. Fast and responsive Sally (person in charge), powerful shower water, freezing air condition.

TV box faulty to load Netflix (use own paid ID) and YouTube due to unstable Internet provided by the owner. There is no proper dining table. No big cup for coffee makers.
