"FABULOUS"

“SouthernVilla Ticket to Paradise” was everything I could have imagined, plus more for my little family get away. The condo offers so much space for everyone to sleep, hang out, or whatever the case may be. The house was stocked with dishes, towels, and all the other necessities we could have needed throughout our trip. I loved the convenience of the location. It was such a close walk to the beach and close to many food places, grocery stores, gas stations, etc. There’s so much more great things I could say about this place but I would be here a while.

Absolutely nothing. Everything was perfect!

"Fantastic family vacation in a beautiful villa surrounded by the exquisite Palm Coast."

A beautiful villa within a lovely setting, the villa was immaculate and as a family we really enjoyed our stay. Palm Coast is one of the nicest places we’ve visited in Florida and we would definitely book this villa again. The hosts are so thoughtful and helpful and I would recommend booking this property to family and friends.

Nothing to be negative about as our stay was all positive .

"Family Time"

Beautiful home with ALL the amenities. Joe and Jennifer have a lovely home that is also very comfortable. We stayed a week and had everything we needed. Easy access to pools and the beach as well as a great location to be able to take quick trips or day trips to St. Augustine, Flagler and Daytona. We will be back.

Everything🤗. Even enough dining area for the 5 adults and 6 nephews/nieces to visit for the meals😋. And having 3 bathrooms was a bonus🤩

"Perfect for Family vacation"

The condo is large and has plenty of space for 6 people(maybe more). It was clean and has everything you need. The balcony has a great view and the grounds are well kept. We love the location and the community. It is quiet and beautiful. The two pools are easily accessible and fun for all ages.

Easily accessible, comfortable accommodations, well stocked with all needed kitchen items linens and bedding needs. Also, although we did not need this stay, stocked with beach supplies.

We are a big family of 7 and could have used just a couple more towels and wash cloths.
