Was in a very good location

The previous kettle had been damaged a few weeks before we arrived and hadn’t been replaced. This is a cheap and easy fix. The WiFi needs upgrading as was very slow

Location was excellent, balcony was lovely, it was clean, just right for what we wanted. 30 second walk to marina and also little shop in grounds of apartments.

Pool area needs a lick of paint and some new sun beds but pool itself was nice

I have stayed here before & I love the apartment it is modern and clean . Denner the owner of the was lovely , he was very helpful and allowed us a late check out . Any questions I had he gave a prompt response via message . I would definitely recommend this place . Denner also offers a transfer service to and from the airport which we used . Thankyou for a lovely stay

I liked everything

It was right next door to the marina and the apartment was very nice.

Sofa in the living room was unusable.It was like it was peeling. Also dirty with stains. One towel each for 5 days! No cleaning or bed linen change (only if the stay is longer than a week) Kitchen was a bit bare and no kettle.

We would highly recommend staying at this apartment. Our host Denner was really helpful and friendly, arranging return taxi transfers from/to Faro airport and met us at the apartment to provide keys and showed us around the the facilities. The apartment is spacious, modern, comfortable and spotlessly clean with all the mod cons you could hope for with a well appointed balcony with table and chairs and also comfy seating. Great for having a coffee or glass of wine and watching the world go by. It is set in a location literally round the corner from the harbour where you will find lots of restaurants and bars, and a minute walk to probably the best steak house in Vilamoura, Don Toro Angus Grill. Under the apartment is a snack bar with really reasonable prices and right beside that is a supermarket. Leave trash in the bins at the back of the complex, behind the wall to the far left. Overall we really enjoyed our stay, thank you Denner.

We couldn't fault the apartment for anything except maybe that there was no hot water at the bathroom sink.

Only two negatives was there was no lift to the apartment floor so wasn’t ideal for a pram and the sofa needs replaced and the there’s bit coming off it.

Beautiful bight modern apartment with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Shower room was amazing. Spacious veranda with lovely outdoor furniture. Plenty of storage facilities inclusive of plenty of hangers and several chest of drawers for clothes. It was a bonus being provided with cleaning facilities such as dishwasher liquid, laundry tablets and cleaning cloths/tea towels. Would definitely recommend this apartment. Derren and his wife (owners reps) were great.

The couch could do with a covering as the faux leather was shredding bits which were then transferred throughout the apt.

Close to the marina
