Mandavilla Airport Transit Hotel

We stayed at this beautiful villa property just 12 minutes away from Colombo Bandaranaike International Airport (CMB), and it was the best decision! Instead of staying in Colombo and spending an hour traveling to catch our flight, we enjoyed a peaceful stay here. The villa is calm, surrounded by greenery, and very reasonably priced. The owner was extremely caring and even arranged our early morning airport drop. The caretaker looked after every little need during our stay, making it very comfortable. The owner also has excellent knowledge about Sri Lanka, which is very helpful for travelers. If you’re planning your first or last day of the trip, I highly recommend staying here instead of Colombo. They also offer family rooms and accommodation for larger groups, making it perfect for everyone. Truly a wonderful experience!

Il bagno nella stanza è a dir poco fatiscente, davvero bruttino, non dotato di finestre C’è molta puzza di umido nelle stanza Durante la notte ha iniziato a piovere e ci pioveva letteralmente in testa visto il tetto fatto semplicemente di lamiera, un po’ ci siamo spaventate Cosa secondo me peggiore di tutte è che l’hotel sembrerebbe offrire un servizio navetta quando in realtà il costo è nettamente superiore a quello dei servizi offerti da app o in giro per la città Si può pagare solo in contanti e non c’è modo di venirsi incontro Assenza di Phon

It's been a quiet good experience , room was clean and helpful staffs , worth a try

Accomodatie is schoon, het personeel is behulpzaam en de kamer was groot met ac en het bed was mega groot en lag erg lekker. Ook vond ik de sfeervolle lampjes fijn, aangezien de meeste kamers in Sri Lanka een nogal ongezellig fel licht geven (hier dus niet). Toen ik uitcheckte heb ik nog de hele dag bij het zwembad kunnen zitten, en zelfs nog gebruik van een douche en toilet mogen maken, wat heel fijn was aangezien mn vlucht pas om 11pm vertrok.

Mandavilla is really clean and comfortable and quiet . The staff was so friendly

Location was a little far from city center but if you are looking for a quiet local place thats a great choice
