Rozlehlý dobře zařízený resort skládající se z několika budov navzájem propojených chodbami, nedaleko od termálních lázní Bük. Vynikající kuchyně s pestrým výběrem jídla, výborná tuňáková pomazánka. Perfektní saunový svět, ve velké sauně jsme byli skoro sami. Velký pokoj s velkým balkónem. Příjemným překvapením byl kulturní folklórní program na Velikonoce.

Starší vybavení hotelu, postrádali jsme nazouváky do wellness, vázlo doplňování mýdla v koupelně a výměna ručníků a županů. Nechápu, proč na okraji větší vesnice (i když v areálu hotelu) musíme platit parkovné.

The receptionist, Martina, was the nicest. She was professional, kind, and helpful—one of the best I have ever met. The food was delicious. We were upgraded to a premium room and it was worth the price.

The hotel is older but nice. However, the standard room is overpriced. The wallpaper was peeling off and the air conditioning was dirty. The wellness area could use a small renovation, as some tiles were broken.

A reggeli alapvetően jó minőségű volt nagy választékkal, a vacsora is, megfelelő volt a választék a borokat illetően is. Volt lehetőség szanunára, masszázsra, termálra, bowlingra, volt csendes zóna, interaktív társasjátékasztalok a bárban, kalandparkos mászótorony. Tiszta volt a szoba, a termálfürdőt és a szanunát is rendben tartják, a személyzet kedves.

A reggelihez egyetlen fajta helyben sütött gluténmentes zsömlét lehetett kapni, ami kőkemény volt. Kérésemre kicserélték frissebbre, de az is ehetetlen volt. A 305-ös lakosztályt kaptuk, amit nem lenne szabad vendégeknek kiadni, mert a teraszon a csempék töröttek és gaz nő az erkélyen. A klíma zúg, a nyitott ablakon egész nap konyhaszag jön be. A fürdőkád formára és méretre leginkább egy gyerekkoporsóhoz hasonlít. A szobához vezető folyosón a szőnyeg több helyen foltos, kopott.

Resort krásny, milý personál, služby a jedlo vynikajúce.

Resort je zle udržiavaný, poničené steny, podlahy, chýbajú sieťky na balkónoch, takže vnútri bol hmyz. Kúpelna stará, sprcha nedrzala na stojane, diery v stene, špina za dverami a pavučiny na stenách. Čakala som väčší luxus z fotiek, nie ošarpaný starý hotel so starým poničeným nábytkom. V skrini som našla cudzie ponožky...
