Sehr modern und cool eingerichtet. Lage genial, aber ioft ziemlich laur. Gastgeber jederzeit erreichbar.

Nur das Doppelbett ist brauchbar, wit waren zu zweit, daher kein Problem, Die anderen 3 Schlafplätze schienen nicht besonders komfortabel. Leider war es im Februar sehr kühl in der Unterkunft

Those were wonderful days in Bologna! The apartment was large and spacious, very stylishly furnished. It was comfortable to relax on the sofas and armchairs after an active day.

The location is very convenient, but it's too close to a nightclub, making it difficult to sleep from Thursday to Sunday due to the noise. Also, some of the sofas and armchairs need dry cleaning.

Appartamento bellissimo, e soprattutto in pieno centro, sei ad un passo da tutto.

"Excellent location - but expect street noise"

Right in the middle of the historic city center - just a few minutes on foot away from sights, restaurants, bars etc. The apartment is a spacious one bedroom “loft”, probably formerly used for business. Furniture seemed a bit random but plenty of it. O.k. bathroom.

It was a first floor apartment on a small but very noisy street on weekends because of a nearby nightclub. The windows didn’t keep out any noise from people or cars. One fine queen size bed, but the rest of the beds weren’t very comfy. And the landlord unfortunately didn’t supply sufficient bed linen for four guests. Very small kitchenette. A capsule coffee maker would improve the place.

"Okayish for short stay."

Very spacious place, with unique, loft style. Good location, close to city center. Well equipped.

Kitchen was very small and hard to use (small fridge, hardly working stove, kettle not fitting the electrical outlet). Tap in the bathroom spreading water outside the sink. Aircon installed but "blocked" so that noone can use it - so it's very hot even in the night. Beware how they calculate city tax, check on the official Bologna website - otherwise You can pay tens of euros too much.
