Wifi - No internet connection at all. Anyway no problem for me. Parking - No free parking.

Safety and the only reason we go here because of the swimming pool

Too hard to find for the first timer. cleanliness so so. No fragrance at the room.

Clean, have facilities, have cleaning equipment. Very nice

I really don’t like writing these kind of reviews, but this place had it coming big time. If you are a little 🐷 and like dirt, you are in for a treat and look no further. If you are looking for a tidy place and not a fungus aficionado, stay away. Where do I even start? From a welcome gift - someone else’s rubbish left in our apartment? :))) The pictures should speak for themselves. From disgusting bathroom with no toilet brush stand, through kitchen cloths with stains and dirt to bedsheets that were probably not washed… there comes a bonus of fans so dusty that we couldn’t use them. When we notified the owner about the state of the apartment, we received an apology - but no one was sent to check on the flat or to clean the fans! All the ‘perks’ of the flat - tv, WiFi, electronic scale - they are physically present but they do not work. Bónus for an AC unit spewing reddish water in the mornings! If you like karaoke / local music - you will make great friends with your upstairs neighbour. Needless to say - we will not send each other Xmas cards after concertos late into the night and morning wake up calls as early as 7:30. I don’t think he’ll make it to The Voice of Malaysia. The whole apartment tower is very poorly maintained - lobby area smells of rubbish and the pool that was supposed to be a perk for our kid is a sanitary hazard IMO. Cherry on the top - We got a friendly reminder to check out before 12pm, otherwise it is 50MYR per hour… I think we should bill you 50MYR per hour we spent cleaning after arriving!
