Location was good

The bathroom was filthy

Everything you needed in one room, shower, sink, toilet, kettle, hair-dryer and, of course, a bed, plus a TV.

The room seemed to be right next to some form of large industrial park, where a machine would start up pretty much every hour, with a sound no dissimilar to that of a large deiseal locomotive starting up.

Fantastic value. Room had full facilities. Be careful with the fridge...turn it up and it's a freezer! Plenty of hot water, air con was nice. Breakfast was enough...croissant, scrambled egg, beans, sausage, cereal, yoghurt, toast, good coffee and juice. Giant car park!

Some dodgy characters in the back of the car park, but did not interact with anyone else. Tesco across the road is pricy, so pop to another supermarket if you can.

Before I stayed at this hotel I sent a few messages and they did not bother getting back to me as I needed spare towels. When I got there, they asked deposit which I thought was bizarre and did not give me any spare towels which I needed and if I were I asked for any spare food at breakfast the man would get difficult with me. The room was cold and the air conditioning did not work properly. Toilet Did not flush properly on the second day. Please stay awake this hotel as I had such a bad experience and it ruined my holiday. Please pay extra book a better hotel instead of this one. The location was not too convenient as you can imagine moving with a cabin trolley from the hotel to the town centre can be difficult. Atrocious hotel!! Please note during breakfast the staff were not helpful and did not tell me exactly where everything was like I didn't even notice the coffee machine until I noticed at a guests using it.

The list of issues is long. First of all, the hotel is located in a very dodgy area, right next to a huge electricity transmission tower. There were numerous drunks and drug users around the property, and it appeared that some may have been staying there long-term. Families with children should be particularly cautious. The rooms are outdated and poorly maintained. Cleanliness was a major concern, with questionable stains on the walls and throughout the room. The tiny bathroom was especially unpleasant, with visible stains and dirt around the toilet flush area and doors. Overall, the hotel felt neglected and did not provide a comfortable or welcoming environment.
