"Fabulous apartment but an alien entry system - at least for the older members of the public!"

A lovely well equipped apartment. Location was great.

Once we were there the person who met us was fine. However, it was rather alien system for getting into the property. Basically received lots of computer generated e-mails whilst we were travelling and accessing e-mail was difficult. The system was user unfriendly. I didn't realise I needed to give my cell phone with the international digits before hand so I kept going round in circles re stuff about the need to do pre-arrival booking in, not just phoning person an hour or so before arrival - as we had originally indicated.
