INroom was clean and staff is very helpfull
INWe had a very upsetting experience with this property. We booked our stay online and received a confirmation. However, upon arrival, we were told that no rooms were available. The staff insisted that we cancel our booking, leaving us stranded with no proper explanation or support. We were forced to find last-minute accommodation in a nearby place that was far below our expectations and not at all comfortable. This was extremely inconvenient and disappointing, especially after a long journey. This kind of mismanagement and lack of responsibility is unacceptable. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for a reliable and hassle-free stay.
