Tudors eSuites Budget Apartments

It’s been over a week and they are still keeping hold of my £500 deposit, I contacted them many times to send it over but they are keep delaying it, and to make it worse they are keeping an extra £40 out of it because we had a late check out which was only half an hour which we explained to the house we didn’t want to wait out in the heat and he has no problem said it was fine then they emailed and got funny when I asked for my £500 deposit back ( a deposit we didn’t know about till we booked the property ) none of the facilities we asked was there was there, the beds was so dirty I honestly can’t believe a place like this is on booking.com it’s disgusting how dirty the place is

The filth, the filthy beds, the holes in the walls, cracks in the door frames, holes and thread bare carpets, broken beds, missing services that were advertised. The fact that there are hundreds of reviews about people having their deposit stolen, and wrongly accused of damages by this property, I am completely dissatisfied with booking.com and the property owner! I have taken many pictures of the flat but only included a few on this review. The place is a joke It's a deposit trap Booking.com shouldn't be advertising for them, especially when they have been made aware of what's happening to their customers. Booking.com just wants their cut and aren't interested after you've paid.

Nothing that we liked. Do not rent from them! I have rented twice from them and all there properties have bed bugs and horrible condition ! Worst company to rent from ! Please avoid I’m warning you.

Bed bugs and very dirty toilet as everything was broken and at the end of the stay they blamed all things that was already damaged on us ! £500 deposit and they’re not returning it, so I’m taking legal action on them.

It’s close to City Centre,Buss stop just 1min to go.

Please check up ,bathroom door and Washing machine.Everything else was good.

Unable to locate the property or to contact anyone. Telephone number given during booking is useless.

To be honest, i cant fond anything positiveabout this apartment.

It was the worst experience with booking.com. The rooms were not like we expected, one of the rooms in the picture was completely different or missing. The facilities were dirty, there werent enough towels, the wall paint was coming off and much more …. But the worst off all, the apartment was full off cockroaches. And i still havent received my safety deposit, eventhough it was to be refunded in 72 h. That would have been tuesday and today is Friday.
