La posizione è comodissima. Si può usufruire del posto auto privato e visitare il centro storico a piedi. L'appartamento è molto pulito ed accogliente. I proprietari gentilissimi e super disponibili.

Non ho nessun appunto negativo da segnare.

Excellent apartment. Really clean really nice and homely. Would definitely go back if I’m in the area.

New built, modern decoration, new everything, underfloor heating. It is advertised as B&B but in Italy rules are different regarding room rentals: this specific establishment does not provide breakfast, there is a kitchen you can use to make easy, basic dishes and your own breakfast. There are bars that serve delicious cappuccino and brioches a short walk away if you so wish. Supermarket is a 10 min walk away to buy your essentials. The under floor heating in the place is a posh touch but as outside was -1 at night the place felt cold and we had to wear 2 jumpers in the evening. The shower is very good and the beds are super comfy. Plenty of wardrobe space for your clothes and suitcases. Lots of space for everyone to do their own thing. TV is large and the living room can easily accommodate 3 people for a cosy evening in on the large sofa. Lots of towels available for the bathroom were very welcome. Security is great: secure front door, entrance door and then the gate to the property. Parking is available for free around the property and across the road. The triple glazing makes the place really quiet as the road outside gets busy from 6am.

There should be larger knifes to cut vegetables, a vegetable peeler, a few larger mugs. Tea bags. We left some for the next guest. Salt was there but no olive oil so not easy to make a salad...but at a restaurant we found sachets of more sugar, pepper and vinegar and we brought them home with us... Suggestion: Sponges in the kitchen and bathroom need to be changed after every guest. I bought new sponges as the ones I found were old and overused (in my opinion🤔) Suggestion: a draft excluder under the front door would be a good idea for dust and cold air.
