Pekný apartmán s vybavenou kuchyňou a veľkou terasou. Lôžko v obývacej časti je dostačujúce aj pre dve osoby, vedľa je ešte samostatná spálňa. K dispozícii je aj veľký bazén, ktorý patrí k bytovému domu. Prostredie je pekné, aj keď ubytovanie je trochu ďalej od jazera. V blízkosti je veľký park na športovanie. Bezproblémové parkovanie na ulici. Ubytovatelia príjemní, check-in aj check-out prebehol tak, ako bolo dohodnuté. Poctivo sa triedi odpad 👍

Appartamento bellissimo e confortevole; entrambi i materassi (del letto matrimoniale e del divano letto) sono davvero comodissimi. Ci sono tutti gli elettrodomestici per cucinare. Bellissimo anche il balcone attrezzato dal quale si può godere di una vista bellissima! La piscina è spettacolare, sempre pulita e davvero molto grande! Abbiamo trovato una bottiglia di vino e due bottiglie d’acqua, molto gradite!

L’appartamento è per 4 persone ma vengono forniti solo due lettini per la piscina, di cui purtroppo uno era quasi inutilizzabile perché i meccanismi laterali non funzionavo. L’abbiamo fatto presente ma non c’è lo hanno sostituito. Inoltre appena arrivati abbiamo chiesto un paio di cuscini in più ma ci hanno detto che purtroppo non erano disponibili e non ce li hanno più procurati. Per 4 sere le luci condominiali erano spente di sera e purtroppo nel vialetto di ingresso c’era molto buio. L’abbiamo fatto presente già dalla prima sera e purtroppo non hanno potuto fare nulla. Le ultime due sere erano accese.

Es war alles in allem ein sehr schöner Urlaub. Die Unterkunft hat alles was man braucht. Eine wunderschöne Terrasse lädt zum Entspannen. Der Pool ist sauber und nicht überfüllt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Nähe.

Хорошие апартаменты. Тихий район. Каждое утро можно завтракать на большом балконе.

Clean, comfortable and good location.

Had to wait 45 mins to check in after confirming arriving time day before. Got another message on day asking for time I had confirmed but phone being used for sat nav and unseen. Had confirmed multiple times when we were arriving. Front door handle came off after checking in and then had to contact and arrange this to be fixed missing a grub screw and didn’t want to end up locked out. Cleaning kit missing on arrival. No guest instructions for property and had to ask about check out and bins. No bags provided and correct bins for recycling. Only one key for property and gate, checking out early you need more than one person to hold outside gate or you can’t leave. Sun loungers not provided on arrival, unfriendly locals stating do not use ones out. Told they will be marked and wasting time searching and took more time to chase and then 2 days for these to be provided. Had to sit on the floor for a child to go in the pool. It’s unheated and cold, need warm weather for use. Air fryer old, missing markings tried to use and put food in and then handle fell off and informed property management a week after stay get message to say we will be charged for substandard equipment that was provided and have to pay for a new one! Even though it was old and faulty and our food got stuck inside so we are paying for a new one for guests when we got a broken one! Only 1 pillow provided per person, meaning sleep was a bit uncomfortable and lower back ache for both adults. We was told this was a new property to company but these niggles should be checked and resolved before charging customers. We were more than accommodating with the niggles but being charged for the air fryer was final straw for me.
