The onsite team, especially Adi, were so helpful and accommodating during our stay. They were quick to reply to us with any requests or questions.

Jacuzzi wasn't working during our stay.

The property is large and was built with luxury in mind ..but that’s it

The host managing the property is pathetic the cleaning of the property is so shabby there is grime and stains all of her the walls with dirty toilet walls fungus in the rims of of the side of the swimming pool ..even after asking the host to clean it again same result the linen the host did not have extra even my request for 1 extra pillow was denied as the host said they only had 2 per room ..am wondering how will they manage had somebody dirtied the pillow ..as it was raining I asked for an extra floor mat to be put at the entrance of the bedrooms but host said they did not have extra ..my aunt has polio and walks with a crutch risked slipping due wet floors the host as per the booking requirement didn’t visit the villa to look at our concerns but came on the last day to take fotos of the property in case of any damage so he could charge us ..Bali super host name is very misleading and your site booking.com should revisit this host and his properties I had booked a smaller villa from optimum prime in seminyak and this team can learn from that company ..the owner of the villa should think twice as this host is ruining a good villa

Villa was even better than on photo, everything was fantastic: the nature, the style, house was clean and beautiful. We liked the stuff, the territory, all our inquiries were satisfied. I would name this villa marvelous, best stay we had was here. I’m travelling already two month.

we stayed on a villa 10 days and 2 times there was a party in the neighborhood. I think it’s hard to manage, but the staff tried at least.

Villa design and punctuality.

Some doors were not working properly.

The property has everything you need for a relaxing stay. All the rooms were comfortable and the staff were beyond helpful. They were lovely at all times and went over and above to make our stay special.

The location is a little out of the way, particularly if you don't want to use scooters. It would also be nice if the spas were warm not cold!

The jungle view was picturesque, especially with the outdoor lighting at night. The pool was quite large and our villa host Putu was lovely too.

The road to the villa was very narrow and difficult to drive on, especially at night! The cleanliness of the villa was also very low. The toilets/showers were gross and the bed sheets had stains. I didn’t feel comfortable and would not stay in this villa again.

Amazing place. We loved it

The house and setting itself is beautiful however the property wasn't overly clean. The villa wasn't ready when we arrived and it was a rush to try and get it clean. This isn't a new villa - the road in and out is narrow / one way but any van can get down the road so it's fine - no building noise as the properties around it are finished. For the cost of this Villa we expected a higher standard - we went to make a coffee and the plunger was extremely dirty as well as food waste left under the sink which smelt awful.
