The owner is agreeable after meeting her and didn’t charged me extra as I booked by mistake for 2 persons instead of 3 . Received the deposit in full .

Do not stay !!! Once you have booked the property the owner will repeatedly mention do not have any parties or gatherings which is understandable and is mentioned on booking.com . On arrival I was informed that there is a property manager in the building. KAREN ALERT !!!! Two hours after checking in I had the neighbour next door aggressively knocking on the door saying she can smell weed , I explained I do not smoke weed , she put her foot in the door and shouted pack your stuff ( to use a decent language) and go !!!! Shortly after we were called by the owner and after explaining that under no circumstances we were smoking weed , she said that a property manager will pay us a visit . We had to stay awake till 22:30 just for the owner to come and realise that there is no smell of weed , and was wrongfully accused by the neighbour . It’s understandable that the owner had issues in the past however it’s unfair to treat new hosts based on past experiences.

Nice modern style apartment, in a good location at the edge of Milton Keynes. The bed was comfortable and the shower had good temperature and pressure.

It wasn't clean. The bathmat and tea towel had not been changed before I used the apartment. There was a very mouldy dish sponge left in the kitchen sink and they had not left any hand soap or washing up liquid (the soap bottles were filled with mainly water with only a tiny dash of soap inside). The bathroom also had some pink mould around the taps and the toilet brush was disgusting. I would not stay there again, especially for the price they are charging.

It’s modern, you can tell it’s a new property. It has free parking.

The host came across very rude. She kept asking us time and time again if we were going to be having a party through calls, texts. Told us she had asked the neighbours to keep an ear out and let her know if we were too noisy. We’re almost 40 years old and as we said the first, second, third and fourth time of being asked, were not having a party. We booked for 3 people but there was only one towel and no bedding for the third person. Although the property is new, you can tell that minimal money has been spent on it. The bathroom cabinet was broken, the sofa bed was very uncomfy, the slats on the double bed kept falling through.

The apartment is lovely - clean, modern, spacious and a comfortable temperature. Great communication with host throughout, available for any queries. The location is great - quiet, feels safe and there are a couple of local supermarkets just down the road, with good access to main routes.
