Elegant Lifestyle Estate Getaway

I absolutely loved everything the welcome gift is a nice gesture.

The Estate name and the name on booking.com is different, so we were lost for a few minutes.

The host was so thoughtful and attentive to our needs. The host was on point giving us the attention and care we needed during our stay.

Modern, self catering, secure with surrounded green space and very little noise.

4th floor with only stair access!

First of all it wasn't bad but the think that really got me going is that we had to wait for the room to be ready so instead of my client having to go and sleep after his long flight we had to wait 2,5 hours for the room to be ready and then when we checked out because we were a day later we had to pay for another day after them messing us around but apart from that it was ok

being late for making up the room and the extra day i had to pay for if they were service orientated i would have said to the client that you can check out the day later for free but its ok

The complex was very secure, well attended and kept clean, everyone was very helpful. Gail was great at ensuring we had what we needed everyday , thank you Gail :)

This is a lovely apartment for my little staycation during the recent 86 hours Randwater maintenance project that affected my home. Was met by the lovely host and she was really gracious and kind. Throughout my stay she was always helpful and was available to assist. The apartment was spotless and all the facilities were in working condition. I really enjoyed my short stay there. Being an airplane aficionado, I was very chuffed with the fact the complex was in line with OR Tambo's runways and that gave me endless source of entertainment watching the planes land and depart. All in all a thoroughly enjoyable stay.

I was rather dismayed with the need to constantly bother my host for the entry/exit codes. That is the only downside as I'm one who value independence and having to constantly rely on her didn't sit well with me. I do understand the need for it and it is what it is being in the complex, but this is the only down side to my stay.

Beautiful, neat and comfortable

was a hassle to enter at the security gate. there was confusion between the host and security on the access method. we held up traffic at the gate because the host insisted we use an application to gain entrance. it took a lot of time to register on the app and then it was not functional. security demanded we need an access code from the host. people behind us got frustrated and we had kids in the car after a long sports day other than the above, our stay was lovely
