Kelingking Paradise Suites Villa

It’s new and the room is massive. The best part was definitely the bathtub which has no roof over it so you can bath under the sky. Also they gave a bunch of towels. The pool is nice too.

Just be aware it’s pretty simple. As in there’s no proper reception. It’s also quite secluded. You have to walk 5 minutes to get to the restaurant where the included breakfast is offered. Also the wall plugs and light switches were in weird spots. It has super high reviews so I was maybe expecting something a bit higher in quality for the price, but the flaws are not too bad if you can live with them.

The villa is new, but the unfinished.

First of all, I was cheated on the rental price. I booked a villa for 7 nights. During the booking through Booking.com there was one price, after the booking was completed, a significantly higher amount was charged from my bank. The owner of the property explained that this is their price, but such a price increase after the booking is illegal and unfair activity. The villa is located in the back of the island, very poor access road, unlit, dark dangerous road to return after dark. There is still construction going on around the villa, full of construction materials and scams, and there are vague, scary people living in the shacks around. The sink in the villa has not been draining water since the beginning. And even though I reported the problem, they never solved it. There are no screens on the windows and doors from insects. At night I had to fight with huge cockroaches and mosquitoes. Breakfast, although included in the price, you have to walk to the owner's restaurant on a hilly road, about 8 minutes. There is no entertainment near the villa, there is nowhere to even go to eat, except for the villa owner's restaurant, although I did not like the food there, but there is no other choice. The owner of the villa and his family seemed nice and helpful people at first glance, but when we agreed that I would leave the villa 4 days earlier, because I did not feel comfortable there and they promised to refund the money for the days not spent, later they wanted to do it. They did not respond to my emails and messages, ignored me, did not keep their word about the refund, and only wanted to refund in 2 days. Also, the owners of the villa, please do not write anything negative about them, but I think customers should know the truth.

View, location were ideal. Beautiful way to wake up. Staff is attentive, courteous, and polite. Would stay again and again

The villa we stayed in was clean, modern, and beautifully maintained, with everything in perfect working order. There was plenty of hot water, and the bathroom was spacious and stylish. The view from the villa was stunning, and the overall atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing. Its location is perfect, just a short distance from Kelingking Beach. The breakfasts were delicious, and the nearby restaurant offered fantastic food, making meals easy and enjoyable. The owner and staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating, adding a personal touch to our stay.

The only one minor drawback was the noise from the roosters, but it didn’t significantly impact the tranquility.

The villa is brand new and the owner is very helpful. He helped us to plan trips around the island and planned to as a wonderful excursion to snorkel with manta rays. The room was very clean and there was the most comfortable bed. Recommend
