"Terrible hotel"

The staff is terrible, the room is very dirty, old, there is no repair. There are many cobwebs in the room

"La experiencia que sueñas de los famosos años termales japoneses"

Si quieres experimentar los famosos onsen japoneses esta es una gran opción para hacerlo. El hotel está ubicado en una zona boscosa, un poco más arriba del centro de arima. Con habitaciones tradicionales, y ofrece una experiencia única. Tiene habitaciones con tatami y habitaciones con cama para que tu elijas.

No me gustó que el baño era un poco pequeño y viejo. Igual cumple su función pero se notaba el paso de los años ahí. Fuera de eso todo fue muy ameno. Había un letrero de que ocasionalmente había insectos pero la verdad no tuvimos ningún incidente.

L’emplacement est magnifique, le personnels est très gentil, les yukatas sont supers et avoir un Onsen dans l’hôtel est fantastique.

"3種の温泉とグルメを楽しみたい方はゼヒ！"

古さや駅からの距離を感じるものの、寝室以外の縁側や洗面所、玄関などスペースは広く、大変快適に過ごすことができました お風呂も露天風呂など3箇所を楽しめたり、食事会場も広くてストレスを感じません さらにブッフェ形式ながらも、メニュー豊富過ぎて食べきれず、食べたもの全てが優しいお味で美味しく、見た目も華やかでワクワク楽しめました スィーツも豊富で一口サイズなので食べやすく、過去の旅行先で一番食べてしまったほどです

悪い点を考えましたが見当たりません あえて言うなら、宿泊者の方々の温泉利用の際に、体を洗わずに湯船に平気で浸かるマナーの悪さが目立ちましたので、利用の際のマナーを促す対応をしていただけたらと願います

Staff attento e competente, "onsen" fantastici, servizi adeguati. Saloni ampi e confort da super albergo.

Il servizio ristorante è decisamente da rivedere, all'atto della prenotazione non abbiamo scelto la formula cena o mezza pensione ...successivamente non è stato possibile inserirci per la cena e l'unico ristorante (molto minimal) aveva una scarsissima scelta di cibo. Molto grave per una struttura così importante. Migliorabile.

"Perfect for a relaxing holiday!"

The hotel is amazing. My favourite onsen was the one with indoor and outdoor bath. There are three onsens, so they were never crowded. The food was great, the best dinner I have had in Japan so far. The staff made our bed during dinner time, so by the time we came back, we could go to sleep. Everything was great, this hotel is the best choice for a relaxing holiday!
