The beds were clean.

The room did not match the description at all. It had two beds, but there was no separate living room or dining area as advertised. When we asked about it, the staff told us that the “living room” and “dining room” referred to the hotel lobby. This is completely misleading and feels like false advertising. While the location is convenient, I cannot recommend this hotel unless they update their listings to reflect the reality of what guests actually get.

My room description said it had a window view to the city, but I was put in a room with windows turned inside to the HOTEL STAIRS! While there was a curtain for privacy, it still left uncovered spots on the top and right side of the windows, severely compromising my privacy. The employee said my room would be changed on the next day, but nothing was done. I had to solve it myself course the curtains by covering the spots with paper and tape - completely absurd. There was also no ventilation in the room, as I had to keep the main window closed for privacy and the the other window was turned to the BUILDING’S TRASH spot, in the middle of it, pulling bad odor into the room whenever opened. To top it off, breakfast is only served between 6am to 8am, which is completely unreasonable when you’re tired. There was also no hairdryer in my bathroom, as had been promised in the description. I stayed in a much cheaper hostel in Cusco and had infinitely better service. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone and would like my money back for not getting what I paid for.

Google review summary: 3.8 How they have 8-something stars on Booking.com and Google has 3.8 seems strange and makes me question Booking's review methods. This is the longest review I've ever written in my life, by far. Read on. Literally, the LOUDEST HOTEL I've ever stayed in. I would have left the moment I heard my travel mates have a conversation in the room above me. Not through the wall, but through the connecting shower ventilation chute. I was as if they were in the room. It was funny, I got a text from the friend about 10 minutes after I heard them upstairs and I simply responded by speaking in a normal voice from the bed and they heard me easily through the ventilation. We laughed at the absurdity of it. Because we could, image if we were strangers having to hear every word, or sex, or bathroom activities. The amount of 5/5 stars for this must be paid for or they have friends bumping their number up because Google doesn't require booking on their platform to leave a review like Booking.com or others. But not just the ventilation. The rooms window butts up directly to the stair case and so you hear every footstep of a person walking by as if its on your bed. The reason? There is not a single rug, carpet or wood trim/floor. The entire place is tiled. There were like a few arguments while we were there for a few nights, one in the street outside and something going on in the lobby at 4am (again, I personally don't care about the shenanigans of locals on the street or some loud guest in the lobby, I care that from my room 201 to friends in 301 to yet other friends street side on 205, we all HEARD every.dang.detail of everything going on in and around the hotel. 2) Wouldn't trust their Booking platform descriptions on their units. I booked the "two bed "suite"" for $55. I got a single twin sized room.

Os funcionários foram muito gentis! Ajudaram-me a ter roupas limpas em pouco tempo disponível pelo serviço de lavanderia terceirizado; encontraram uma guia para me auxiliar no passeio a Macchu Picchu; prepararam um senhor lunch box para meu passeio, que seria às 5h da manhã. Muito grata pela atenção!

Senti falta de um tapetinho no banheiro e de um aquecedor no quarto. Fora isso, a cama estava super confortável e a água do chuveiro bem quentinha!

O chuveiro era quente e abundante. O café da manha também era bom

O quarto era pequeno, de fundos, nao tinha mesa de cabeceira, sem isolamento acústico. O café da manha é servido na recepção. A limpeza deixa a desejar.
