Historic Hideaway Waterford City

It was clean and well decorated. Lovely decor.

No sitting room. It was changed to a bedroom. So you were sitting in the dining room.. and it very small and closed in the back of the house . With a small square outside for the garden. Only suitable for 2 comfortable. And on holidays and having to set alarm every morning to get up to put a parking ticket on the car. Not a good idea. And outside the garden was so small..

Check in/out was seamless with fantastic communication from the host throughout. The location was very close to the city centre on a quiet residential street. The home itself was beautifully decorated and spotless clean throughout. Beds were extremely comfy, the bathroom was spacious, and the kitchen was stocked with essentials. Nice little patio area out the back, which was nice as the weather was good.

It's a narrow space that can get a bit tight with a full house, especially the living area. But, unless you're planning on spending all your time in the house, it's not a real issue.

The living room is far too small for six people The livngroom and kitchen are far too small to accomodade Six. We cooked breakfast each monning. always two had to sit outside in the tiny yard on rusted chairs. The tiny livingroom has only two sofa seats. Six people couldn't watch tv, there are no seats! This property may well claim to sleep 6 - 7 people but is not suitabke for that purpose .It is really only siitable for four. Also, the hot water was described as beiing automatic . we had half of our stay with no hot water to the kitchen sink or bathroom sink. I called Lisa twice on the nunber supplied but only got a voice mail box. She never replied. By accident we found a switch that gave us hot water. Nothing to do with the helpfuness iofyour site

Great location within walking distance of restaurants, bars, grocery stores, and nearby local attractions. House had plenty of linens, kitchen utensils, etc. Unique historic home. Three separate bedrooms for versatility of sleeping arrangements. Self check in with lockbox code made for very easy checking in.

Low ceiling between kitchen and living room/ gathering space, so my 6 foot 3 inch husband banged his head a couple of times. The home has only 1 bathroom, and that was upstairs, so this is not a great location for someone who has hindrances to walking or climbing stairs. Incomplete directions for heating unit and no directions for washer/dryer combo made those difficult to use.

Great location with long stay parking around the corner. Amanda was very helpful and answered any questions quickly. Apartment was stocked with everything you needed for your stay (apart from the food!). Mordern, clean and well maintained. Would recommend.

Beds were a little to spongy for our liking but otherwise fine. The living areas were a bit cosy for 6 adults, but overall very happy.
